Fourteen days, no questions asked. If you buy a development plan and want your money back, ask within 14 days of the purchase and we refund the full price. You do not have to give a reason.
How to ask
Email hello@jobexposure.ai from the address you bought with, or contact Link support, which handles payment questions for purchases made through Stripe. We confirm by email, usually within two business days.
How you get the money
The refund goes back to the payment method you used. Your card issuer decides how long it takes to appear; most show it within 5 to 10 business days. Any sales tax you paid is refunded too.
What happens to the plan
Once refunded, the plan locks again and your reminder and update emails stop. The free first step and the exposure map stay free, as they are for everyone.
After 14 days
We do not offer refunds after 14 days. If your plan did not arrive or something is broken, tell us at any time and we will fix it.
One exception
We may decline a refund to someone who has already been refunded before, or where there are clear signs that the policy is being misused.
Our seller of record
Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which may also handle refund requests directly under its own terms. This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions.
