Why this exists

Most people have already used AI for something personal. They've planned a trip with it, cleaned up an awkward email, or asked it a question they didn't want to search for. Then Monday comes, and the gap shows. The tool that planned your vacation doesn't obviously help with the partner plan on your desk, and nobody at work has shown you where it fits. Add a steady stream of headlines about AI and jobs, and it's easy to feel overwhelmed, or to decide it isn't for you yet.

What we do

We look at your job one task at a time, not at AI in general. A Partner Marketing Manager, for example, spends part of the week drafting joint marketing plans and part of it holding partner relationships. AI can already do most of the first task. It does very little of the second. Once you know which of your tasks are which, you know where to spend your effort first. The exposure map shows you that for your job, your level, and your industry. The development plan then turns it into concrete steps you can take at work.

What we believe

We believe AI is one of the most useful tools people have been given in a generation. But the benefit only arrives when people use it in their real work. Right now that's happening fastest at technology companies. Across most of the economy, in industries like healthcare, manufacturing, financial services and retail, it's moving much more slowly. That isn't because the work can't benefit. It's because no one has shown people where to start. We want to change that pace. If people outside tech can see which parts of their own week AI can take on, adoption stops being a company strategy slide and becomes something they do on Monday morning.
